This class will be held in the lower level of 150. S. Warner Road. There is ample free parking.
Please note: A dress code is in place for the building. Business casual is expected (slacks, collared shirt, etc.). No jeans, shorts or athletic clothing is permitted.
Lunch will be on your own in the King of Prussia area. There are many quick lunch options to choose from within a few minutes of the class.
Hotels: We do not have a room block or discount at any specific hotel. There are several within 5-10 minutes from the class and all have gotten positive reviews from our past students.
About the Instructor:
Susanne M. Curran MAI, AI-GRS, MCRP, CRE has been an AI Instructor for 16 years and a USPAP Instructor for 8 years. She serves on the Appraisal Institute Body of Knowledge Committee and is past President of the Philadelphia AI Chapter. She also is an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Valuation in the Master’s of RE program at Baruch College of CUNY in New York City.
